Payment & fees

Individual and Family sessions 45-50 minutes

EMDR sessions 

- $180 FEES  -

Late cancellation fee
(less than 24 hours)

No show fee 

Any court/legal-related fees will be significantly higher
(see policies on paperwork provided)

All other services, such as report writing, record reviews, support letters, etc. are billed at the rate of $45 for each 15-minute block of time needed.

Payment is due the day of your session.

Forms of payment: Cash, check, Master Card, Visa, or American Express. HSA plans are accepted as long as they are MC/Visa.

A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for late cancellations/no shows, or auto payment. You are certainly able to pay with other forms the day of your session.

INSURANCE
Please know that I am not affiliated with any insurance companies, I am not on any insurance company provider lists. You cannot use your regular benefits for our sessions. You may be eligible for out-of-network benefits, depending on your insurance plan. If you want to do this, I can give you an insurance-ready receipt that you can use to file for out-of-network benefits. This is not automatic, if you choose to do this, just let me know. 

MEDICARE/MEDICAID
I am not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. You will not be reimbursed by these programs for our sessions. If you are Medicare-eligible you will need to sign a waiver before our first session.
